Our discovery meeting with E-Spire - as is the case with so many of our other clients - proved to be fruitful. This meeting of minds, which was different to conversations they had experienced with other WordPress web developers, allowed us to fully appreciate the vision which our client had, allowing us to get to work developing their proposition. Our partnership with E-Spire was seen as a process right from the very beginning - our WordPress specialist team knew they were unlikely to get it 100 per cent right the first time around, but they were committed to working together until we did.
The first thing we did was to set about making their solution as accessible as possible to potential customers in the retail sector. Our WordPress theme development work did this by using an explainer video, along with an animated logo, which started to form the start of the new-look site. We paid close attention to the usability of the website, fine-tuning the visitor experience and making the whole site easily navigable. Our WordPress web developer also made their new online home compatible with multiple devices, including smartphones and tablets. Then there were the SEO tweaks which we made that were intended to be more agreeable with the Google algorithm.
It all added up to a new online presence which was visually appealing, simple in its messaging, and more accessible. Now they had found the right WordPress design company, the E-Spire vision had finally taken shape: a new website with rebranding and a video animation which explains the services they provide clearly, and what they can do to help potential customers.
